The award-winning Jefferson Nursing website was developed with one thought in mind: attract the best and brightest nurses to Jefferson.

All the elements on the website reflect Jefferson's dedication to Nursing, and it was designed with the same attention and care . We strived to create an interactive site that showcased Jefferson's nursing talent via videos, Facebook events, ease of use, and clean visuals.

One area of the website, the Magnet Journey, was designed in conjuction with Jefferson's efforts to achieve Magnet Recognition - the highest Nursing honor. The micro-site was developed in Flash with user interaction being key. The nursing staff was asked to submit their stories to represent their amazing efforts.

Jefferson achieved Magnet Recognition, and I designed the site to reflect the hard work of the entire Nursing staff - the videos, the stories, and the visuals are all showcases to their achievements. The website is a 2008 e-Healthcare winner for Best Recruitment site.
